 Meet Jamie and Sabrina Lopshire!

 Both Jamie and Sabrina have been working with The Reid Group for over a decade.   They know the ins and outs of each property and all projects.  All onsite managers and heads of maintenance correspond daily with them, keeping them up to date on everything.  Their experience doesn't stop there, the Lopshires have also been involved in the purchasing and selling of multiple properties and understand the financial side of the business.  They are partial owners of several communities.  They bring a wealth of knowledge in every way to our company.

​​A LITTLE ABOUT THE REID GROUP

​​​  Hello my name is David Reid and this is our story!​

It all started in 1976 by my grandfather, Isaac, and my father, Hugh Reid.  With a vision and desire to focus on the family's future, they formed "The Reid Group".   My father wanted to learn the Business from the ground up so he decided to buy a mobile home.  With the help of my mother, Maggie, they raised both me and my older brother, Hugh, right on the property.


At a young age, both my brother and I learned all about infrastructure, maintenance and all of the ins and outs of a mobile home. Most of all we learned what great people we had on that property.  We did not call them residents or neighbors, we called them family.  The goal set then is still the center focus today.  We believe in a very personal and professional approach with our properties.  We have never had a management company oversee our communities.  We believe in having a daily talk with our head directors of management and direct communication with our onsite managers and maintenance men. 


​ Most important to us is having a great relationship with our residents, i.e. extended family.  We focus on the details like high occupancy, cleanliness, well maintained properties and safety. Today both me and my brother, Hugh, own and operate multiple properties.  The same original goals that were instilled in us are th e same goals we are now instilling in our families.  It's not just a place to live, it’s your home!
